You’d be amazed though, how we’re taught to actually to point out some of the obvious in medical consults. For example, one piece of advice that was given us as to how to deal with a patient getting pissed off at you - name the emotion like this:

“I can tell that you’re angry about this.”

And then you’re supposed to hope that, now that you’ve recognised the expressed emotion, they can actually talk about why they’re angry and solve this with you, rather than strangling you with your own stethoscope. Isn’t medical science wondrous? ;P

Anyway, glad to see you back in business here, looks like you actually took up on my badgering you for updates while we were there. ;) I’ve come to like WP quite a bit myself - although, anti-spam measurements such as Akismet are a definite must :P - but I can warn you now that it doesn’t help very much to keep yourself writing new content for the place on its own. I still have to dust off my own dead blog that I’ve been using WP for since its inception. ;)
